X4Messenger for smartphones, PCs and browsers offers comprehensive chat, telephony and secure data exchange. The integration of telephone systems as well as the invitation of external participants without an account are supported.
02. Apps
X4 has a large number of already integrated applications such as X4Office, X4Kalender, X4Contacts and X4Planer including Kanban and Scrum. With external applications such as Microsoft Office365 or Google Calendar, X4 can be individually adapted to your needs.
03. Data and knowledge management
Store your data securely in your X4Drive, which you can access from anywhere. Work and create documents, tables, presentations and diagrams together with your team and save them directly in the filing system. Keep track of everything with version control, full text search and automatic tagging with OCR. Publish or send your documents simply via link.
