What can X4 do?
X4 combines all functions of the well-known products MS Teams, ZOOM, SLACK, Trello and has its own cloud drive. This means that X4 can do everything you need to work productively and efficiently in a team in a highly confidential manner – in just one solution.
How expensive is X4?
X4 users can choose between three subscription options: Standard for 7,95$, Professional for 11,95$ and Enterprise for 19,95$. You can check which functions are included in which subscription under the menu item “Prices”. If you decide to take out your subscription for 12 months and pay in advance, you will receive an additional 20% discount on the total price.
Is X4 also suitable for large groups such as schools, universities or other educational institutions?
X4 has the video conferencing application X4Class. The application was specially developed for very large groups with up to 1000 participants, so that the application works smoothly even with a large number of participants. Other functions such as whiteboard, screen sharing, presenter function and the elimination of unwelcome participants during a meeting enable a kind of substitute for lessons, training courses, advanced training, etc.
Is X4 Safe?
In addition to end-to-end encryption and file encryption at block level, the X4 servers are operated exclusively in Germany according to ISO and BSI standards. Each also has its own instance, so that its data is isolated and shielded from the data of others. Figuratively speaking, every customer has their own house with a high security door and a high security fence separated from the others. Nobody has access to your data – not even us.
How does X4 enable me to work in a team?
With X4 you can edit documents and files together at the same time. You can plan tasks and share them directly with your team, assign tasks, set deadlines and connect them to the calendar so that everyone knows what to do when in the project. The chat function (also available for Android in the Playstore) facilitates highly confidential communication and data exchange for you and your team.
Is X4 GDPR compliant?
We process dates electronically within the framework of technical necessity with a retention period of six weeks. This includes billing and general communication. We do not track any data, do not create user profiles, do not aggregate data for advertising purposes and do not sell any data to third parties.
Can I also interact with people who do not use an X4 account?
You can easily share documents or files with external parties via a link. You can also invite external parties to a web conference without having to have an X4 account. This enables you to act not only within the company, but also outside the company.
What do I need to be able to use X4?
All you need is a Chrome browser, an internet connection and an X4 account. You can then log in with your access data and be productive immediately from anywhere.
What can I do if I do not immediately understand the functions of X4 and cannot carry them out?
Instructions and video tutorials will be made available to you in your personal log-in area so that you can fully acquire all functions. Most of the functions are very intuitive, so you can probably do them yourself. You are also welcome to contact our support team at any time.
